Grantry Sawmill
Application :
Our Gantry sawmill use for the log cutting(oak, teak ,pine ,rosewood etc). Main advantage Is high precision, small saw kert. compare with the tradition vertical band saw. It can save 4-5mm material after cutting the wood. Also can directly sanding after drying, no need to use the moulder. For the worker operation, also will be more safe.
Advantage :
1. Machine Lathe : use 10mm thick plate massiveness square tube welding and heat treatment
2. Lifting system : we use the Taiwan ABBA high precision lead screw and the Germany Rexroth sliding block
3. Saw wheel : we produce by ourselves instead of outsourcing, use high hardness rolled steel and
go through ten steps process (laser cutting, heat-treatment etc.)
4. Heavy bearing device : saw wheel use NSK heavy release bearing
5.Saw wheel tension oriented : use Germany Rexroth guide strip slide
6. Control panel : use the Delta controller and Siemens button
7.Electric device : use Delta PLC , Siemens/Schneider contactor/ thermorelay
8. Guide rail: use Germany Rexroth45# heavy guide rail, single sliding block can bear 5 tons weight
