Application
This product is a polymer copolymer emulsion applied to surface gesso coat for wooden interior decorative materials such as the door jamb frame, floor line, door cover line, picture frame line, door frame board, fencing, decorative wood line mouldings, etc.

Usage & Precautions
1. The Moisture Content of wood which ready for gesso is less than 12%. The wood need to have no crack, no rot, no missing edge, no live dead knots. If the wood has above defects, need to repair by 502 glue mixed with wooden powder then make it smooth. If the knots have oil line, need to seal with aquiform-paint firstly, leave for 24 hours
2.Add this glue to the blender and mix with the heavy calcium carbonate powder of about 600 mesh. The glue: powder=about 1:3. Add some more glue or powder depend on the mixed clay.
（the ratio between glue: Calcium carbonate is not fix, it need be adjusted according to
size of the calcium powder granule and environment humidity , for example, the more calcium powder granule, the more glue you need to add）
Remark: For ton barrel package glue, pls make the glue fully stirred, then put into the blender, which can prevent delamination
3. The mixed clay can not allow to add water or other glue. After usage, mix the same percentage of glue & powder.
4. The gesso coat can be one coat or two coats. The interval time between two coats depends on local temperature. The inside temperature at 20ºC,the interval time will be 6hours,but it also depends on whether the first gesso coat fully dried & solid.
5. Dry temperature is 55ºC-65ºC.Time: about 15mins
6. Do not use the dry glue
7. As this product is a water-based product, it should be applied with caution to the base material with large oil content (such as Russian pine) or the base material with oily substance attached on the surface
8. Please make a small sample test before mass production
Storage
—The product need to store at ventilation warehouse at 5ºC-35ºC.
—Valid time is 6 months
—Attention to avoid to exposure, freeze.
—This is non-dangerous cargo, Suitable for road transport, air and sea transport
—It suitable for general cargo transportation.
